Everything about the location was excellent. It's perfectly situated, close to almost everything in Fes, and the area felt very secure and calm. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the room was disappointing. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and even proper towels or sheets. The blankets were worn out, the toilet broke multiple times, and the shower didn’t have hot water. The room service was also terrible. Despite multiple promises, they often didn’t show up, and when they did, the issues (like the lack of hot water) remained unresolved. Service: 2
