The owner is nearly always at the store, ready to help and serve his customers. If you catch him on a good day, he will do a great deal as long as you have a decent conversation with him. One of the most down to earth and grounded business owners I've met in a very long time. If you are in the Houston area, I recommend you go to him. Especially if you are just visiting.
