Have eaten here before and wasn't impressed with food, service or atmosphere. But since it had been a while thought I'd give it another chance. Ordered street tacos with beans and rice. Everything was just ok...unfortunately the rice was undercooked. Kinda ruined the meal cause I do like Spanish rice. Told the waitress, it was undercooked and wasn't asked if I would like something else. She came back later again to ask how was everything I mentioned again the rice was hard. I was about done with my meal at that point and she asked if I would like more rice as they had just finished cooking a new batch. I told her no and she just walked away. So since I ate the other portions of my meal I planned on paying for it, but was very disappointed the price of the rice wasn't removed.
