I love Habib's, but the Shopping União de Osasco unit is definitely the WORST Habbi's store I've ever seen in my life! My orders are always wrong, when there is nothing missing (which is quite common, actually). The service is as horrible as possible. I can't think of a place where the service is worse. And it's not new that Habib's Shopping União's service is like this. For YEARS, the employees have been terrible, rude, rude, don't pay attention to you, don't pay attention to your order and keep talking to each other and to the manager. I've seen a group of teenagers treated very badly for absolutely no reason. They just went to ask a question and the attendant was super rude out of nowhere. The products also do not follow Habib's standards. The Autonomista store, for example, offers a thousand to zero for both products and service. I don't know what happens with União, because they always change employees, but they are all rude. It seems like this is a prerequisite for working there. The last time I went was at the end of last year. I'm never going back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
