Waiting for more than 2 hours and they made me cancel the order, I placed the order at 9:30 pm and it was 11:30 pm and the order had not yet been prepared, iFood contacted me and apologized for what happened and refunded the amount, just I think if you're not ready to accept the order, turn off the iFood app, it was 00:00 and I had to go out to buy something to eat. Bad experience! This establishment will never get me again! Asking for something and not knowing if it will arrive is the height of absurdity! I'm going to start stopping going to the Habib's drive-thru, every time I go there there's a 20 to 25 minute wait to receive my order. At the Burger King drive-thru, I never waited more than 10 minutes. Furthermore, the esfihas (which used to be dry and crunchy) are now very thick and drenched in oil. This comment is to alert the manager and perhaps recover the quick service and quality they had months ago. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
