I received Hachimaru miso. I stopped by when I was in Toyota City about two years ago on business, and it was so delicious that I had always wanted to go back, so I finally came back. I've been to most of the famous miso ramen restaurants in Nagoya, and all of them are delicious, but they leave me thirsty! ! However, Hachimaru-san's miso ramen was a little lighter and easier to eat, and had a ginger accent, which was perfect for me. Also, I really like the noodles, and I don't know the details, but I think they're called medium-thick curly noodles. Since the noodles are yellow, are they called egg noodles? Sorry if I'm wrong. It was my favorite type of noodles. I spoke with the owner, and he is very friendly and I have a very good impression of him.
