Gracias for your beautiful hospitality, La Hacienda de los Morales! This place was truly gorgeous upon entrance where a marble statue showcased the history of the restaurant. The waitstaff was incredibly professional and helpful at every single turn! Since this was my first time in Mexico, it was an honor to be at such a classy restaurant where making your dining experience a pure delight was their every intention. The pictures are going to have to speak for themselves on this one because I can't really remember all of the names! I will say that the chicken tortilla soup was "souper" authentic - heh, sorry, I had to ... the Mole was amazing and rich and melt in your mouth good! There were fried dumplings with cheese inside... yes, my answer is always yes! I had the Chile Rellenos and the sauce was simply wonderful - the blends and spices hit me in all the right places! If you're a tourist checking out Mexico, and even if not, pop on over! You'll definitely be impressed by the beauty of their grounds and the perfection of their food!
