Wow! What can I say having lived in Mold for 18months I'm sad to say I've only just come across Hadyn. The shop/deli has a lovely welcoming bit, where you're given time to select your extra yummy sandwich and take a seat whilst you wait. The staff (the guy with the curly hair especially) were attentive and asking questions about the masterpiece sandwiches he was about to make my husband and I. Being GF I was pleased that they could make me a sandwich with GF bread - that was a massive huge thing for me as I struggle in Mold to get made sandwiches. Now to the sandwich, I ordered the special: brisket beef, melted blue cheese and caramelised onions, with lettuce. My word what an amazing, tasty, delicious (insert more very great descriptive words here) sandwich. We've never been able to find one to match one we had in Liverpool many moons ago, but this surpassed all expectations! Loyalty card given and I was on my way home in less than 10minutes. Super sandwich, super staff, super place to sit and wait. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Dietary restrictions: GF alternative offered
