This is the best place near Hegel-Haus. You will enjoy good coffee at this cafe. The efficient staff welcomes people all year round. The cool service is a big benefit of Hafendörfer. Delicious meals at low prices are offered here.

Open on Sundays! Yay! It's always hard to find places to go on sundays. This nice cafe is a perfect find for breakfast pastries with coffee. If you want to sit and eat breakfast, just walk in and sit at one of the empty tables. They're quite busy so no one will be coming to ask you if you need a seat. Take a look at the selection of pastries for the day before sitting down so you know what you want, or they have a breakfast menu with French toast and eggs if you want. So many to choose from! We ended up getting a cafe creme and a latte macchiato. The latte was milkier than the average latte FYI. As for pastries we ordered a croissant - not very good...especially if you like French croissants. German croissants don't have as many layers or the crispy and chewiness of the French. However, make sure you get the scheibe hefezopf! It's a slightly sweet bread with raisins. Kind of like a challah. Super yummy!

Coffee is ok, i tried cheese veggie sandwich and it was good, it's in front of Ausländerbehörde so can be a good place to wait for your turn in queue ... staff behavior is welcoming and nice
