We reserved an igloo and a lot of aspects of it didn’t make any sense. 1: we were told to show up early (15 minutes per the email). We came 10 minutes early and they asked us to either wait until our exact reservation time or go in early and leave 10 minutes early. They came in to end the reservation 11 minutes early. They literally counted the minutes lol. Very bizarre. 2: you can’t order food or drinks from the igloo? Guys, set up a QR code at the table where I can place an order from the menu. It’s cumbersome that you have to order ahead of time and have such a limited menu. 3: there was trash from the previous party when we got in there and not enough cups for our reservation. 4: the garnishes that were supposed to come with our drinks weren’t there. 5: the music. Lots of downer songs, but they did let us request 2 songs, which was nice. 6: it was really expensive for what you get. Wouldn’t recommend unless you get more than this for the price. $163 got us exactly 85 minutes in the igloo and some hot Apple cider 7: it was super cold in there (37 °f). I’ve done other igloos and this was much colder. Conclusion: it’s a little too expensive and cumbersome that you have to reserve everything in advance. Was expecting a little higher class for how much preparation went into reserving/ordering, but it just missed the mark. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

First time in Green Bay and Hagemeister Park. The wagyu burger was delicious and the meat was tasty and juicy. The onions soup was terrific, covered with the right amount of cheese. Plus excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommended. If I visit Green Bay again, I’ll stop by for sure.
