I ordered General Tso’s chicken with white rice and extra broccoli and vegetarian spring rolls. I did not eat in the restaurant, but picked it up after placing an order on the phone with the Restaurant. I called back after my initial order and asked them to add more broccoli. When I picked the food up, I confirmed with the gentleman who took my payment that there was extra broccoli, however when I got home there was no extra broccoli and the General Tso’s chicken and broccoli were swimming in sauce and were soggy, unappetizing, and bland. The spring rolls were the only salvation. I have ordered from this restaurant in the past on several occasions but usually ordered sesame chicken and it was much better. I tried calling them to give my input, but no one answered the phone. When I’m spending $25 on a meal and I couldn’t even eat much of it, it makes for a very dissatisfied customer. I hope that Hai Restaurant will improve their quality control. It’s a local restaurant for me and I love Asian food. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Best Chinese in Atlanta. Mongolian Beef + Three Cups Chicken + Dragon Eggplant + Dry Fried Green Beans is our go to. Very friendly staff and great quality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best Sichuan restaurants ITP. Not outrageously priced. I don't like the automatic 20% gratuity added if you are a family of 6. Gratuity should always be a based on service and not a mandatory tax. But not a deal breaker since the food is good. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section
