We ordered via the online shop for delivery at 6:30 p.m. You can choose the time at which you would like your food to be delivered. When there was still no driver in sight around 7 p.m., we called the restaurant several times without success. An attempt to inquire about the order by email failed because our email could not be delivered. A final attempt to reach the restaurant by phone was successful: no apology for having to wait so long, just a brief note that the driver was on the way. After another 20 minutes the food finally came and the driver at least apologized for the long wait. To add to our disappointment, two parts of our order were missing. The sushi delivered was good in quality and taste, the salmon was very good. But because of the poor service (waiting time, accessibility) we will no longer order there. I sometimes order without vegetables because I find the sauce delicious. However, I didn't expect the delivery person to ask me loudly in the hallway why I took my food without vegetables. Very uncomfortable. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
