Sadly we have to give 1 star for service We have special dinner with big family and wait for 1 hour.. just becuase haidilao staff dont do enough effort to make some group of people get out after talking for 40 minutes AFTER FINISH THEIR FOOD. So we have to get the consequence of haidilao team not being strict and afraid to get bad services. (Customer pleaser) Please accept this advise for your business that you cant please everyone.
