Disappointing and Disrespectful Service: I recently visited Haifa Cuisine & Hookah Bar and left utterly disappointed by the experience. From the moment I stepped in, the lack of acknowledgment or greeting from the staff made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. While the waitress was courteous, I was surprised to find they charged for water bottles, and the ambiance suffered due to wobbly tables and chipping paint on the benches. My interactions with the staff managing the coals and tables were frustrating due to their difficulty understanding instructions, leading to a breakdown in communication. The most distressing part of the night occurred when the owner and a staff member while tending to the hookah, displayed an utter lack of regard for customer service. The staff member even stepped on me, exhibiting aggressive and disrespectful behavior that bordered on physical intrusion. Furthermore, the establishment's automatic gratuity charge and additional fees for water only added to the disappointment. While the server displayed kindness, the overall service from the owner, manager, and the individual managing the coals was abhorrent. I strongly advise caution when visiting Haifa Cuisine & Hookah Bar, especially if you value being treated with basic respect and decency as a customer.
