The food here at brunch is just all wrong. Homemade sausage bites, although a great idea.. Sausage was utterly flavorless. Burnt the first round of bacon and then the second round came undercooked. Toast was served with COLD butter so I couldn't even spread it on the toast. Eggs over medium were cooked perfectly but again lacked any seasoning. "Homefries" as advertised on the menu were jn fact not home fries at all but traditional cut French fries. Staff was efficient and friendly but honestly it just felt like nobody in the kitchen gives a damn what they're putting on the plate; there's no love or direction with the food. It feels like they don't even want to do brunch. Best part of the meal was the water. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Finally it’s patio season. Came with my puppy and had the best experience ever. Server was super friendly and considerate. Water was provided for everyone and pup once we sat down. Food is amazing with great prices. Desperate services at restaurants in general have gone down significantly, HAIR OF THE DOG has exceptional services and great staff.
