I had a very frustrating experience with Hakka Fusion recently. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but when I contacted the restaurant to get it fixed, the employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, they seemed annoyed that I even called and made no effort to correct their mistake. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see a lack of care for customers, especially when the error was entirely on their end. I won’t be ordering from here again and would recommend others be cautious as well.
