Instagramでケーキを見て是非とも食べてみたいと思いましたが、毎日オープンしているわけではないので、買えたらラッキーと言う感じです。皆さん、並んで購入していますが、並んだ甲斐があるケーキです。 一つ一つが丁寧に作られていて、口にすると優しい気持ちになりました。 スイーツですが、芸術品のような美しさです。大きさは少々小ぶりに見えますが、ひとつ食べると満足するのは、美味しさと重厚感があるからでしょうか。 店主さんはパティスリーではなくお菓子やさん(.おやつやさん)とおっしゃっていますが(肩肘張った感じではなく気軽にと言う意味だと思いますが)、ホントに毎日食べても飽きない味です。 お客さんも皆さん、感じが良く順番に静かに自分の番が来るのを待っていらっしゃいました。(店の中には１組ずつ入店します) 店主さんがお一人でお店をまわしているようなので、ムリをなさらず末長く続けていただけたらと思います。 こちらは、みなさんにに知って欲しいけど、知られたくないお店ですね。
