Went to Halal Pros last week while trying new places to eat with my husband. This place has great food y'all and the prices are way more justifiable than the big M next lot over. The dude running it was nice and got everything out fast and hot. If you're looking for some good food, give them a shot. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

You can tell this is a family business, the people were nothing but sweet and kind. I have never had middle eastern food, they recommended me the chicken Shawarma wrap with fries. I’m not lying .. it was THE BEST THINGGGG I’ve everrrrrr had since being in DeKalb. I’m mad that I didn’t try this place sooner. There is something for everyone, I promise. The food is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be going back. It’s super close to campus for NIU students and also really affordable. The man was also incredibly kind and made awesome food suggestions.
