I have been visiting this Half milion cafe for many year's but they never disappointed . Employees of this cafe are so nice they simply deliver high quality customer service, even though it’s a very busy branch but the quality they provide It's so excellent . Really appreciated. Very disappointing experience. The staff member who took our order was rude and seemed surprised by our simple order of two cappuccinos and one mug. His approach was unprofessional, and we were given the wrong order, which wasted our time. Service quality needs serious improvement. Service: 1
