I visited 11 Million Coffee Shop, but I had a very bad experience with one of the employees. His behavior was very rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me in a very bad manner, which was completely unacceptable for customer service. I believe the employee was from the Philippines. As a customer, I expect polite and professional behavior, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I hope the management will take this issue seriously and train their staff to treat customers with respect. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
