We went here specifically for the foam party that was advertised, and also as we had seen Nates had taken over the kitchen here. There was plenty seating indoors and out. Something that was nice was the beer garden had several outdoor games for children. We ordered some food from Nates menu. We had chicken wings, Mozzarella sticks and sweet potato fries. My daughter had kids pizza and chips. Food was exceptional, chicken pretty much fell off the bone, chips were perfect and Mozzarella sticks had some major cheese pull going on coated in a really nice breadcrumb. The kids pizza looked homemade and was also very good and massive for kids portion. We were delighted to find out kids ate free too. We couldnt manage it all and the lovely waitress happily packaged it up for us to take away. The staff at the pub including the waitress from Nates were amazing. They all interacted with my daughter and seemed really happy making it a welcoming atmosphere. When the foam party started the event went really well and got all the kids and adults involved. 10/10 would deffo go again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Staff were amazing with kids and plenty of outdoor games.

Waited ages for food when it came it was barely warm and didn't taste great place is nice just needs a better chef. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £20–30

I can't recommend the Half Moon Inn enough, I only contacted them at the beginning of the week to check it was ok for a large party (approx 30) to eat in the restaurant. They have been so accommodating and helpful and the food was lovely. We had around 10 children with us who took full advantage of the play area and our friends from out of the area are already planning a trip in the summer to take advantage of the beer garden! Thanks again
