Omg the food here is just the best! It’s the freshest, most authentic soul food I’ve ever experienced. We ordered some of everything and I can’t speak highly enough about the quality, the taste having been a chef for many years I only ever get excited about special food and this was it! Visted Half Way Tree this evening and I must say that I was not disappointed - it was well worth the vist. The reviews are true this venue does not disappoint. The proprietor even fried us fresh fish on the spot to add to the delicious chicken meal we brought. The food is delicious, the portion size is just right and the tasty flavoured food brings back memories of my visits to Jamaica . The icing on the cake is the ambience when you visit. My parents and I enjoyed our take away and with full bellies we would definitely recommend that you visit if you want to taste authentic Jamaican food that is good value for money. Keep up the excellent cooking vibes !! Definitely plan to visit again !!
