Patrons have noted the quality of the food and service in the past, although it's important to acknowledge that the feedback primarily comes from reviews that date back several years. Some visitors have highlighted the pleasant environment and attentive staff, but there has not been substantial recent information to confirm the current state of the services. Amenities include an on-site bar and toilet facilities, and while reservations are accepted, note that Halikarnas Restaurant is only minimally profiled on popular directories, with limited exposure beyond Google listings. Overall, while Halikarnas seems to present as a viable option for those looking to enjoy a meal or drink in Temirtau, potential customers may want to verify recent experiences directly with the restaurant.
