Halo is a great café in Plateau not just because of its food but also because of its aesthetic ambience and great service! You can come and have a enjoyable day with friends or can come here to work in a work inducing environment and tasty desserts! They're open everyday from 7 am to 10 pm! Being tiny and cozy this is a gem you truly have to visit and experience! I recommend the Halo ice cream. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other
