I ordered classic halwa, and as you may know it’s not easy for everyone to make it delicious, and yes I was definitely happy with the result! By the way I ordered it through phone call and they delivered it. Food: 3 Service: 4

I purchased the "Pistachio & Orange Blossom Fereni", but unfortunately, it had a sour taste, which clearly indicated it had gone bad. This was quite a disappointing experience. I expected better quality control from a brand with such a reputation. Also, I was surprised to see there was no production or expiration date on the packaging. For any food product, having clear production and expiry dates is essential. I hope this issue will be taken seriously moving forward.
