20240526 Hamaya's Abiko store for the first time in 10 years. Last time I went there, it wasn't bad, but...I went to the main store in Tone-cho the other day and it was delicious, so I went back for the first time in a long time. Noodle making machine similar to the main store. However, the powder bag seems to be different from the ``Joetsu Starch Ace NS'' at the main store. Of course, it's not the "Nissin Seifun Auction" displayed at the top of the store. The price of tsukemen is 900 yen at the main store, but the price has increased to 950 yen at the Abiko store. I guess it's the location. The most important part was the tsukemen, both the noodles and the soup had definitely deteriorated, even if only slightly, compared to the main store. Perhaps because the wheat is different, the noodles are hard. These chopsticks are quite slippery. (The clay-rich soup that does not allow the noodles to sink is the mainstream for Ibaraki tsukemen. The floor staff are polite, but you can get a glimpse of some of the cooking staff's arrogance from the conversations you can hear from the counter.
