“Is that what the quality of dinner at local hotels is like? ” Although it was not an overnight stay, I used it to celebrate my child's graduation. The response to my phone call to make a reservation was very pleasant, and I even received a message saying, ``Congratulations on graduating.'' I was looking forward to the day. The website says, "We have a children's menu and children's chairs," but I couldn't find a children's menu, so I asked the staff, but they told me, "Oh, we don't have one! Please choose from these!" I got it. We had no choice but to order the adult menu, and my husband and mother-in-law ordered a Japanese meal, I ordered shrimp chili, and my child ordered pasta, beer, tuna sashimi, and a drink, but the beer and sashimi did not come out together, and the rice was crunchy. When the food came out (I once had a problem with rice at a tourist hotel), even when I told the staff, there was no apology, and they just brought the rice back in a different container. The child had run out of water, so it would have been nice to get some water, but without even saying ``excuse me,'' a pitcher was placed on the table with a ``Don!'' sound, to which my mother-in-law responded, ``I'm sorry.'' This isn't a family restaurant, right? It's a proper hotel, right?'' I started to get irritated. Why do I have to feel so uncomfortable when my child is supposed to be the star of the dinner to celebrate his child's graduation? Is this hotel worth making dinner reservations for as it clearly gives priority to guests? ...I was disappointed. Why are you saying this? You may be saying that, but the food I usually eat at Keitora City was delicious, so I was completely disappointed in my expectations. I often got invitation tickets and ate there, so I can only say that the quality has declined with the passage of time. I thought I would recommend it to friends in Tokyo because the price of accommodation is reasonable, but as a local I can't recommend it enough when asked about the quality of the food. This time, I am giving 2 stars because the front desk service was good, but if I were to judge the food only based on the customer service, I would give it 1 star.
