Hamlet's Eatery is a true gem in Sarasota. From their incredible food to the events they host, the ONLY problem with Hamlet's is that they're not open every day of the week! When I say these were some of the best hand cut fries I've ever had, I truly mean it. Even my salad was a total showstopper. They have as many vegan options as non-vegan which is super unique as well! And there's ample seating with cover. Kim, the owner, is phenomenal. Talking to her for 5 minutes, and you know how passionate she is about the customer experience at Hamlet's Eatery. The food truck itself may be small but their exceptional food + space are MIGHTY! A must-visit in Sarasota.
