Isn’t the first time I stop in this bistro’s restaurant & bar. But I keep stopping every now and then because the staff let me feel welcome and treat me always like a friend. This time I have to leave a review to say that welcoming is not the only characteristic of Hammerfish, indeed, Fabio the owner is a truly excellent skilled chef able to cook delicious lasagna, lobster spaghetti, and master other roman traditional dishes, carbonara and amatriciana. Everything so ordinary until I tried his filetto pepper sauce with vegetable and roast potato aside. Without get into details it’s the picture that speak for myself, very well cooked and delicious till the last bite. My already perfect dinner was accomplished with an incredible homemade strawberry millefoglie and quality whiskey. Overall I see the football match I wanted in the screen in the private area. 5 stars very deserved!!! Well done Fabio!!! Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to Hammer Fish late one evening after touring in Venice and making our way back to Rome. The staff was very friendly and sat us outside. We ordered from their very reasonably priced menu and everything came out quickly and was very tasty. I would highly recommend this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
