The broth was very good but the organ meat of the soup were not fresh. I could tell the meat was not fresh or prepared correctly. I really wanted to like it but it was just okay. Truly a hidden gem, Han bat restaurant is totally worth it. If you have never had Korean soups this is the place you should start your adventure with. Both the Kimchi’s are the best you will find and have. The chef / owner makes it and is unbelievable. It reminded me of a time when I was in Korea and had kimchi that was similar.
