The food is exceptional, the ambiance is delightful, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. The quality and value for the price are outstanding, especially with their all-you-can-eat offer—it’s truly money well spent. A special mention goes to Jason, who is undoubtedly one of the best waiters I’ve encountered in a long time. His excellent service is a compelling reason to return to the restaurant. I recently visited Han Shi Fu for dinner, and unfortunately, my experience was a little disappointing. Despite booking a table from 8-10, we were assigned one that wasn’t properly cleaned, with visible food stains and water marks. The waitress who briefed us on the menu appeared knowledgeable and answered our questions, which was a positive start. However, the service quickly deteriorated. Two of our dishes were forgotten, and despite assurances that they were on the way, they never arrived. The food itself was underwhelming—bland and not worth the price. The ice cream, in particular, was the worst, tasting like bad tea. Additionally, we were informed that the last order would be taken at 9:30, yet at 9:00, the waitress pressured us to place our final order. Service was not only slow but also impersonal. Dishes were placed on the table without any explanation or interaction as to what they are. While the ambience was passable, it wasn’t enough to salvage the experience. Overall, I wouldn’t visit Han Shi Fu again nor recommend it to others. Had very delicious Dinner Which I only can say about food HOWEVER - I will not recommend this restaurant for service. Not good Management at all. First of all I booked my table two days before my visit. But the day I went till that time my name was in waiting list. I thought restaurant must be busy but hostess took 4 pax as walking in that also in front of me. When I asked that why my name is not in reservation list she just replied that because I am in waiting list which I didn’t understand at all. And I was given sit in bar lounge which I will say not bad but sofa was so bad in conditions that when you will sit it’s not in your dining table level. Secondly You have to finish your food within the time limit which is giving for two batches for their unlimited À la cart dim sum menu or else staff will come on your head to take your order and will not even allowed to talk to you with people you went for dinner. Very disappointing about service and not a single manager wants to know how’s your experience in the restaurant. It’s my 3rd visit to this restaurant and the reason for my visit is only food which is really very delicious. But service is super pathetic. I wouldn’t have to type all this here if one single manager/ supervisor have checked on us while I was there. They didn’t check our table but didn’t check one any table around us. around us. There is also super bad discrimination happening in restaurants depending on your nationality. I believe the restaurant general manager/ hotel general manager don’t even care about service as they are getting good revenue from this outlet.
