This little hole in the wall sushi restaurant offers the very best sushi I have ever had. They are so creative with new sauces and ways to prepare and present the sushi. It's always done beautifully with much consciousness and care. And it's simply delicious. The atmosphere is a little bit loud, and hard to hear your friends talk, which is why we often get our sushi to go. Go. But when we do go there during off hours when it's quieter, the presentation of the sushi on the plate is so beautiful and done with such a expertise like an art piece, that we just love that experience also. I’ve been a regular at Hana Matsuri sushi since it opened in Lakewood. Wonderful Japanese food! During the closure of the economy and for months after they were doing take out only. I’m pleased to announce that Hana is open for dine in! They’re observing all the Covid 19 protocols. The food is outstanding as usual. If you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine do yourself a solid and visit Hana Matsuri!
