I came for the sweet potato brulee (つぼ焼いもブリュレ). The French toast also looked good and I’ll have to come back to try it, but the sweet potato was delicious. It was served with ice cream, so be ready for a really sweet treat. The espresso was a nice compliment. The space is nice and cozy, and there’s a great area for outside seating. Near the cemeteries at Yanaka, there is a combined flower shop and cafe called Hanaju Café. There is both indoor seating, on two floors, as well as a cozy outdoor seating area in the foliage. They have a wonderful Mooncake that is highly recommended, and many other good snacks, more savory as well as more cakes and pastries. There is warm and pleasant service from extremely friendly staff. This is One of the best and cosiest cafees in Tokyo. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
