This cafe is run by the sweetest lady and serves the best tasting matcha milk latte we’ve had in Hirosaki. Absolutely recommend taking a break here after exploring the castle grounds! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a baker myself, I always appreciate exceptional pastries. And the ladies who run Hanamaru are not only incredibly kind, their love flows into their apple pies as well. I was overwhelmed by how delicious these apple pies were, especially the fuji apples. Even their coffee tasted like love. Hands down one two of the best apple pies in Hirosaki. And I tried 3 other cafes before this. Hanamaru, for me, is the winner. Thank you so much for your baking passion! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
