Today I went to Hanano Ramen for the first time with my colleague for lunch. We had the Eby Frys, my colleague had the Teriyaki Don and I had the Tonkosu Ramen. The Eby frys were tasty and promising, my colleague's teriyaki don was satisfactory (lukewarm, corn was partly cold) and my tonkotsu ramen was really not edible at all. I've eaten Tonkotsu Ramen in many restaurants in Germany and I know that the broth is always a little "greasy" because it's made from pork bones. So I told our waitress that the ramen wasn't edible because after just a few spoonfuls I got a stomach ache and my mouth and lips were completely greasy. I was met with a discount (Thank you very much for that - but if the food is inedible, you don't charge the customer for it. It's an unwritten gastronomy rule...) - but I was also told that they knew that the broth wasn't good today has become. Then why do you decide to serve something like that? (I work in the catering industry myself. If I know something like that, I won't serve it to my customers.) Especially not if you've just opened your shop and want to make a name for yourself. The ambience is completely okay. But hey, it's a shop in the Ernst August Gallery, so your options are limited. We were kindly offered an invitation if we came again. But I have to be honest, it was my first and last visit and I have already advised my colleagues against it. It's a shame, although I absolutely love eating ramen... :( Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
