So disappointing. Purchased a Groupon voucher for 4 people based on reviews. Was guaranteed on booking that we would receive same food & service sitting at a table as we would sitting where chef was cooking. I had to go to bar each time to ask to be served our next course. One course was missed until brought to their attention. Staff were friendly but inattentive so it was a long drawn out dinner. Food was tasty but beef tough. One scoop of Napoleon ice cream is a poor end to a meal. It was so embarrassing to take our friends to this restaurant. If Hanasaki Broadbeach does not wish to have Groupon customers, why advertise with them? Sad introduction to our first tepanyaki experience.
