The food is good, The Chef and the staff really nice, the restaurant is small and cozy. We've been twice and was full of local guests that made us feel like friends, drinking, eating and having fun all together. (Smoking is allowed). Really good experience, 5/5* averall. I went to this izakaya a couple of times during my time in Nara and I would go back again. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I was with my Japanese friend which made the whole experience a lot easier as I don't speak Japanese so it would have been tricky to order, but the staff were still friendly and welcoming.
