Many reviewers highlight that you can eat perfectly cooked ramen, cutlets and bibimbap here. The success of this restaurant would be impossible without the gracious staff. I ordered the sauce cutlet bowl for 1,100 yen. 2.5 half-sized cutlets with a strong sauce! The difference between Hanazen Sauce Katsudon and Sauce Katsudon Mini is the number of cutlets. Next time I would like to try the stone grilled bibimbap and ramen.
