Mr. igarashi of Nyusudo recommended Hanazono. I didn't plan to have Unagi two days in a row, nor did I think Hanazono could have better Unagi than 紅葉幹, but wow. The preparation gave the skin a slightly crunchy surface and a slightly chewy texture, to go along with the soft, melt-in-your mouth meat. The service was good, but I do feel that I had to wait to make requests. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
