Hand Burger in Wynwood delivers a solid burger experience with great flavors and a patty cooked to perfection. The meat itself was juicy and well executed, but unfortunately it leaned a bit too salty, which took away from the overall balance. The pocket bread also didn’t quite work for me, it wasn’t bad, just not memorable and didn’t elevate the burger the way good bread should. Overall, it’s still a very good burger and worth trying, but with a less salty patty and a better bread approach, it could easily be a standout. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
