You ask yourself that question before you even reach the door. The day I passed by, it was closed. The shutters were down and there was no smell of frying oil or music leaking out. And yet the shop had a presence. It had a kind of stubborn confidence, like a food truck that had decided to put down roots instead of chasing crowds. The choice of this location tells a story in itself. This is not fast food designed to be stumbled upon. It's a place you decide to go to. It's a destination, not an accident.
