I just spoke with Tim to place an order for my store. Seriously, THE best customer service i've experienced in quite some time. Happy to do business with Handcrafted!

Not send checks to people with approved deposit amounts and then not have the money to cover the check so therefore the person who deposited the check gets charged for their returned check that is just bogus on their part!!!! If you don’t want the person to have the money then why are you mailing the check to them in the first place and how did you get their information to do so.

I believe you have fallen victim to 3rd party check fraud. I am sorry there are heinous criminals out there that would attempt something like this. My advice going forward is that if you receive a check again like this, you reach out to the company that supposedly issued it, and confirm its validity. Please feel free to PM us and we'd be happy to discuss this issue with you further.
