was honestly a bit skeptical about coming here because I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at the Rancho Cucamonga branch. However, Andres completely turned things around for me and completely changed my perspective! From the moment I walked up to the window, his customer service was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, genuinely eager to work, and had a great attitude that you don’t see very often these days. Because of Andres, the Rialto location is officially my new go-to spot. Come to this location!!!

I was excited to try this new ice cream place since it’s been getting a lot of attention, but the flavors just weren’t as rich as I expected. I sampled about seven flavors between mine and my brothers’ picks, and they all tasted a bit light.I’m used to richer, custard‑based ice cream from places like Seaside Creamery in Long Beach, so my flavor expectations might be different. Even some store‑bought ice cream I’ve had has more depth. On the positive side, the portions are generous and price is not too bad. I do wish they allowed two flavors in one scoop and had more pictures of the flavors. Overall, it wasn’t my favorite, but taste is personal. If you prefer richer, custard‑based ice cream, spots like Seaside Creamery might be more your style.

Paid like thirty bucks two 2 pints. I got the raspberry sheet cake. It was ninety nine percent vanilla ice cream with no fixins. Pathetic. We'll never order from this location again
