I’ve ordered from Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream several times in the past and it used to be one of my favorite dessert spots, which is why this recent order was so disappointing. My DoorDash order arrived with almost every waffle cone broken and the ice cream already melted. The bag was messy and poorly packed, showing a lack of care in preparation for delivery. For the prices, I expected much better packaging and consistency, especially for delivery orders. Unfortunately, this experience makes me question the recent quality at this location.
