Anyhoooo, the burger itself was decent but I think customer service could improve. Brought my bike down because of a broken chain and no waiter offered to fix it. How dare they! What is the point of a burger shop that doesn't fix bicycle chains!!! I am fakin foooriyuss!
The burger was a bit chewy throughout. Not quite what I was expecting. My limited American exposure expected a more grounded texture. Aside from that it was pretty good.
The staff was friendly, even opting to pose for a photograph. They were quite hospitable and welcoming. I would go back for just that reason alone.
The location is wonderful. It sits along The Water's Edge where you can take advantage of a water taxi or walk along the canal. Additionally, there are many shops and other restaurants nearby. During nice weather there is a market of local vendors selling fudge, tarts, etc. This area is centrally located within walking distance to many other sites such as:
The Mailbox, New Street Train Station, Broad Street, International Convention Centre, City Centre, and much more.
