This cafe is well known for providing Korean cuisine. The truth is that you will really like perfectly cooked spicy pork, kimchi pancakes and garlic shrimps. Most people think that ice cream here is tasty. If you want to try some good coffee, Haneul Cafe is a nice choice for you.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude waitress with awful attitude. Sour face all the time. No water was served until 15 min of waiting so we had to specifically ask. She was unhappy about that too. No napkins we offered for the meal, I got a paper towel in the bathroom. As stated on the door, the food took a long time to come out but was tasty. Small portions. We didn’t dare to ask for additional bunchan as we assumed a bad attitude from the server. Very loud table of young girls next to us spoiled the atmosphere too. I don’t recommend. Upon arriving at 630 pm (they close at 8pm) they had us wait for 20 minutes before stating that they have ran out of rice. While we waited outside, they flipped the open/close sign to close which made us feel as if we had to leave. Terrible service, do not recommend what so ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did a takeout order and all dishes ordered were excellent. However, I tried calling restaurant today to make a lunch reservation for 4 guests for Thursday (6/22/23), but was unable to get through. Also contacted Google Assistant for help with the reservation, but they were unsuccessful, too! Can anyone help me contact Haneul Cafe? Parking: Noted two parking stalls available. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Garlic Shrimp Parking options: Free parking lot, Free street parking
