Hang-Over is a distinctive pub and bar nestled on the street of 2-13-9 in Tokyo. Known for its intriguing atmosphere, this spot is perfect for those who appreciate thoughtful conversations—or simply enjoying a quiet drink. Remarkably, visitors from years past have noted its impressive selection of bourbons, including some rarities possibly unavailable elsewhere in Japan.
Despite being praised for its unique character and exceptional drink offerings, it’s important to note that visitor reviews are outdated, with the most recent feedback coming from eight years ago. Operating hours for Hang-Over are currently unknown, which might pose a challenge when planning a visit. Patrons should be prepared for potentially high prices, but past admirers suggest the experience is worth it for those who value quality and exclusivity. Prospective visitors may want to tread carefully given the lack of recent information.

This is a bar with an attitude but in a good way. Don’t bother if you can’t think on your feet or you’re not logical in your conversations. At the same time if just want a place to relax (and not converse) while enjoying a great drink, you can do that here too. It’s definitely the most unique drinking spots in Tokyo and has some of the best bourbon you can buy in the world- some of which is probably not available anywhere else in Japan. Of course it will be expensive, but very well worth it!
