We have been here before and there always seems to be a wait. Which we didn't mind, because we typically get good service and good food. Today the service was poor we arrived, gave our name and party size. The gal told us it would be twenty to thirty minutes. At around that time, the hostess sat 2 to 3 other groups the same size as ours, which had arrived after us. I asked what the wait was, and she said there was a table being cleaned as we speak, it was a round corner table. We waited and again another party was seated ahead of us in the round corner table. I went in and asked again what the deal was? The host is apologized and said there was another table being clean for us. Truthfully, we should have just left at that point, but we were hungry, and we were here already. We were seated, coffee to the table was slow. I had to ask a few times to get coffee refills. The food this time was also mediocre. No real seasoning to the food. Disappointed with the service and the food we will more than likely try again to see if things get better. PRO'S: Hank's Creekside Restaurant is a jewel in the Santa Rosa breakfast world. On our visit, we had a short wait for a table, then great coffee for the wife. She had eggs benedict with lox & I had the Brody omelette recommended by our server. All excellent. CON'S: Parking is challenging. SUMMARY: Hank's Creekside Restaurant is one of our best breakfast experiences. We will return. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
