Horrible food, also they work pretty slow. Was not warmed enough overall, only on some sides.

Fantastic find today at Castle Montjuic, though they're not always here. All vegan and vegetarian options. Tried the following: Seitan burger with caramelized onions on artisanal bread - slow cooked and super juicy. Verd&Roll - lettuce, basil, tomato, cucumber, olives, raisins, carrots (no feta). As fresh and tasty as it sounds. My green year old said "5 stars," Bowl - garbanzos, lentils, red green beans, peas, red peppers, and onion. Feedback from my teenager was that it was "really good" - which is high praise. Hummus - tasted like it was made with cumin. Unexpected but food. We also had the cold pressed juices. Do yourself a favor and get a couple. Overall the food was fantastic. Fresh and great flavors. The owner/operators were super cool and friendly and really helped us all through the menu. Whether you're vegan or not, if you can catch up with this truck - try it and eat a lot!
