My husband and I received a gift card to Hanover Street Chophouse for Christmas. We enjoyed a lovely meal. Reservations are necessary. We both ordered steak. Both the filet and ribeye were delicious. Side were good as well. We ordered carrot cake for dessert. It was good but not the best we've had. Atmosphere was wonderful! Christmas decor made the experience even more cozy! Prices are expensive so would only return for a special occasion but was gift card was a perfect splurge! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

6th time I've been to this place and service has been amazing everytime. I had a party of 28 and the staff was very accommodating to everyone. Hors d'oeuvres were amazing, unfortunately when the entrees were served 6 out of the 9 filets were over cooked. Rachel and the manager spoke with me and both were very apologetic. They mentioned that they were going to do something on the bill but that did not happen (at least not at my table) which is not the reason I mentioned anything but meeting told by 2 people that there would some compensation, the expectation was there. I would never hesitate to bring a date to the chop house, but having a large party, I may consider other options unfortunately.
